Executive Chef and owner John P. Greco III presents Bamboo52 located at 344 West 52nd St. in the heart of NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen, where people come to explore the new and cutting edge in leisure and cuisine.

This sleek, sexy, exotic venue was designed by Aya Matsumoto and Anthony Simon from the architectural firm of TSC Design. The creative space was constructed by Primitivo Rey.  Bamboo52 weaves an open, spacious Asian influence into every aspect of the space, from the architecture itself to the lighting and unbelievable acoustics.

Bamboo52 welcomes everyone who desires a mysterious, exotic place to escape. It offers a new twist on Eastern simplicity, blended with today’s in-the-know crowd looking for a place to be discovered, but not found. The bar’s catch phrase is ”Just Escape,“ and with a 50ft mesquite wooden bar, spacious seating, next wave sound system, flat screen TV’s, the city’s hottest DJ’s, and a private back lounge, this cool new space lures a wide variety of clientele to lose themselves.

Bamboo52 also offers an enormous back yard and bamboo garden. In addition, its extended happy hour provides a perfect atmosphere for theatre-goers as well as for people looking to mingle before, during, and after work. The space is open 7 days a week, from 4PM to 4AM guaranteed, , and is available for private parties, corporate meetings, and all types of events. (Sound and multimedia facilities available)

Chef Greco and prized sushi chef Kevin Chan use the space as a medium for their Asian culinary adventures, eager to bring their Far Eastern experience to use in the kitchen.

Bamboo52’s food menu promises a wide variety of fresh sushi, sashimi, raw salads, and innovative sushi roll combinations, sexed-up and loaded with aphrodisiacs. For example, Chef Greco prides himself on the freshest and hardest-to-find selection of tuna and fish anywhere. Dinner service is available late night, perfect for those ”night owls“ wanting to end the evening with light fare, a night cap, and more time to connect.

The extensive drink menu features incredible range of sake cocktails, from a bubbly sake champagne to the best Saketini in New York City.  The bar overflows with infused sakes, fantastic frozen libations, as well as Japanese-style single malt scotches. Finally, there is a large variety of draft and bottled beers, including Asian imports and microbrews, which round out the popular selections.
