All party reservations (that include food and/or open bar) need a valid credit card and a contract to validate the reservation!
REGULAR RESERVATIONS FOR 10 OR MORE ALSO NEED A VALID CREDIT CARD
Reservations for a "Private room" will have this indicated clearly on the contract.
If this is not mentioned and your reservation is for the lounge area you will get only a part of the lounge. BAMBOO52 reserves the right to claim part of the reserved space if your party is not complete 20 minutes after the time scheduled for the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted 48 hours prior to the date and time of the reservation, after that, if you need to cancel, Bamboo 52 is entitled to charge you 50% of the estimated cost of the party but we prefer to reschedule the party.
